The role:
Phenomenal Healthcare Australia are looking for a charismatic, empathetic and personable female disability support worker who can assist a participant with domestic duties and community access.
Location: Rooty Hill

Responsibilities:
- Engage in community access tasks.
- General household duties/cleaning
Licence/Certification:
- Must have a valid NSW drivers licence and own a reliable vehicle.
- First Aid Certification
- Working with Children Check
- National Police Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
