Leading Hand Carpenter
We are seeking a fast-paced, energetic Leading Hand Carpenter to run a crew of 3 apprentices. We specialise in high-quality steel and timber framing, delivering top-tier workmanship across our projects. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct a dedicated crew of 3 apprentices, ensuring daily targets and build schedules are met.
- Hands-on construction with a strong focus on precise steel and timber framing.
- Maintain strict site safety standards and enforce correct safety protocols across the crew.
- Manage workflow, material staging, and quality control on site.
Requirements
- Trade Certificate in Carpentry (Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent).
- Extensive experience in structural steel and timber framing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and site management skills.
- Uncompromised commitment to workplace health and safety.
