About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, self-sufficient Solar Electrician to join our growing team. If you’re a skilled sparky who takes pride in quality installations, knows Western Power paperwork inside and out, and can lead a job without needing hand-holding, this is the role for you.
You’ll be running installs, supervising apprentices on-site, and ensuring every system is commissioned safely and efficiently.

- Competitive Pay: $55.00 – $65.00/hr ($110k–$130k base) + 11.5%+ super, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete residential and commercial solar installations to the highest quality standards.
- Supervise, mentor, and train on-site apprentices.
- Handle end-to-end commissioning and testing of systems.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional site environment.
What We’re Looking For
- WA Unrestricted Electrical License (Essential).
- CEC / SAA Solar Accreditation (Design & Install or Install only).
- Proven experience with Perth grid connection rules and Western Power paperwork/compliance.
- Strong leadership skills to direct apprentices and manage site workflow independently.
- Full WA Driver’s License.
- White Card & Working at Heights Certification.
