- Demonstrated ability to plan, manage and execute multiple tasks simultaneously to set timeframes.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and use initiative to meet work priorities, as well as investigate and resolve problems when answers are not readily apparent.
- A commitment to achieving quality outcomes, adhering to documented procedures and seeing projects through to completion as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Skills and experience, (or the ability to rapidly acquire skills in) at least one or more of the following areas:
- Investigations support and witness management.
- Legal secretarial support including typing, dictation, responding to correspondence.
- Paralegal support including advanced legal research, submission drafting, preparation of legal advice and briefing counsel.
- Records and Archive management with experience in records management complying with the Public Records Act 2023 .
- Information Technology support and software implementation.
