About the Role
Hewitt is seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality business intelligence solutions across the organisation. Reporting to the Head of FP&A and Systems, you will play a key role in designing, developing and maintaining reporting solutions that empower data-driven decision-making. Working closely with stakeholders across multiple business functions, you will transform complex data into meaningful insights that improve performance and support strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards, reports and visualisations to deliver actionable business insights.
- Maintain and support the existing reporting portfolio, including user access management, refresh monitoring and report reconciliations.
- Develop, optimise and document data models using SQL, Databricks and other enterprise data sources.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Operations, Safety and IT teams to translate business requirements into reporting and analytics solutions.
- Implement and maintain data governance, security and data quality best practices across BI platforms and reporting environments.

You are a technically capable and commercially minded BI professional with a passion for transforming data into meaningful insights. You enjoy partnering with stakeholders across different business functions and can confidently translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions. With strong technical expertise and attention to detail, you thrive in a collaborative environment while also being comfortable working independently. Your analytical mindset and commitment to continuous improvement enable you to deliver high-quality, fit-for-purpose reporting outcomes.
You Will Bring

Experience developing and maintaining Power BI solutions in a commercial environment.
- Strong capability in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, Python and Excel.
- Experience working with Databricks, modern enterprise data platforms and cloud-based data solutions.
- Exposure to CI/CD, DataOps practices and data governance frameworks, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
