Reporting to the Hotel Manager, our Executive Housekeeper will lead the housekeeping operation for Crystalbrook Sam, ensuring the hotel opens with confidence, polish and exceptional attention to detail.
As part of the leadership team, you will play a key role in bringing the property to life, shaping the housekeeping standards, team culture, guest room experience and operational rhythms from the ground up.
The Role:
You will lead the delivery of beautifully presented guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces, ensuring every detail reflects the Crystalbrook Collection brand, our commitment to Responsible Luxury and the expectations of a premium hotel experience.
Working closely with the Rooms Division, Front Office, Maintenance, People and Culture and hotel leadership teams, you will build a high-performing housekeeping team, establish efficient systems and ensure service standards are consistently delivered from day one.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced housekeeping leader to influence the opening of a new destination hotel and create a team environment built on care, pride, accountability and excellence.
What You’ll Do:

Lead the pre-opening housekeeping strategy, planning and operational readiness for Crystalbrook Sam.

Recruit, train, coach and develop a confident, capable and service-focused housekeeping team.

Establish housekeeping systems, procedures, productivity standards and quality controls across guest rooms, public areas, laundry and back-of-house spaces.

Partner closely with Front Office, Maintenance and Operations to ensure room readiness, maintenance communication and guest experience delivery are seamless.

Oversee stock control, linen management, amenities, uniforms, equipment and supplier relationships to support an efficient and commercially responsible operation.

Drive consistent presentation standards across all guest rooms, suites, public areas and team spaces.

Create a positive team culture where people feel supported, engaged and proud of the experience they deliver.

Monitor performance, productivity and guest feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Ensure all housekeeping operations are delivered in line with workplace health and safety, hygiene, sustainability and brand standards.

Contribute as a key member of the hotel leadership team, supporting the successful launch and ongoing performance of Crystalbrook Sam.
About You:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper or senior housekeeping leader with strong hotel experience and a genuine passion for quality, people and guest experience.

You understand the pace, detail and pressure of hotel housekeeping and know how to lead teams with structure, care and calm confidence. Previous experience within premium, lifestyle, luxury or high-volume hotel environments will be highly regarded.

You are highly organised, commercially aware and comfortable balancing service standards, productivity, labour management, stock control and operational performance.

You bring strong leadership capability and enjoy developing people, building trust and creating a positive environment where teams can perform at their best.

You are hands-on when needed, strategic when required and always focused on delivering beautifully prepared spaces that enhance the guest experience.
