About You
You are a "can-do", positive person with a growth mindset who never gets bored of the basics.
- Education & Certification: Certificate in Bookkeeping or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
- You take genuine ownership. You show up, own your work, follow through, and act with honesty and integrity even when no one's watching. Dependable is just who you are.
- You're a problem-solver. When things get messy you stay calm, roll up your sleeves and work with people rather than defensively. Competing priorities don't rattle you.
- You're a real team player who loves the human side. Clear, patient and respectful communication is your default, and you'd rather have a conversation than hide behind email.
- You're wired for continuous improvement. Pride in accuracy and detail is a given, but you're always learning, questioning, and finding better ways to do things.
- You bring the skills to back it up: 1+ years of accounting experience with a proven ability to work autonomously and manage deadlines.
- Tech Savvy. High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, experience with ERP systems (ideally NetSuite), and exposure to AI systems.
