About the role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Tiny Legends Day Care Centre in Brighton, QLD. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and early learning opportunities to children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.
What you'll be doing
- Implementing engaging and developmentally appropriate educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Fostering a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment for children
- Observing and documenting children's progress, and using this information to inform teaching practices
- Building strong relationships with children, families and the wider community
- Participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and policies
What we're looking for
- Certificate III or Diploma Qualified Educator
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Strong understanding of child development and the ability to create engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences
- Passionate about providing high-quality care and education to young children
- Current First Aid certificate, including CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma management
- Working with Children Check
