About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to partner with leaders across Australia and New Zealand to attract, engage, and hire great talent.
Based in our National Office at Redbank and reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you'll play a key role in helping us attract and hire great people. As our Talent Acquisition Advisor, you'll manage the full recruitment process, build strong relationships with hiring leaders, and work alongside HR Business Partners to deliver a positive and efficient recruitment experience.
From coordinating advertising campaigns and sourcing hard-to-find candidates to coaching leaders on best-practice hiring, you'll play a key role in ensuring we attract and retain the talent needed to support the continued growth of the business.
You will:
- Manage recruitment across white and blue-collar roles (Ausco Modular, NET Modular and Portacom)
- Coordinate advertising campaigns, candidate testing, pre-employment checks, and support onboarding activities
- Source, screen, and assess candidates’ suitability
- Drive employer brand and gender equality initiatives across LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- Coach and support leaders with interviewing and selection techniques
- Develop interview guides aligned with organisational capabilities
- Develop and deliver training sessions and webinars to enhance hiring capability across the business
- Provide expert advice on recruitment best practices, policies, and market trends
- Manage external recruitment agency relationships when required
- Review recruitment processes and recommend improvements
- Contribute to HR and Talent Acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives
About You:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an internal Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or similar role
- Experience recruiting within blue-collar or operational roles with exposure to manufacturing, logistics, construction, or related industries would be highly regarded
- Demonstrated success sourcing, engaging, and securing passive candidates
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence hiring decisions
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions and role types
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, recruitment platforms, and Microsoft applications
- Resilient, proactive, and solutions-focused, with a willingness to take ownership and drive outcomes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with the ability to adapt to change and deliver results when priorities shift
