The Role
Working across multiple venues, you'll partner closely with venue leaders and directors to strengthen service, develop teams, elevate retail engagement, and help shape how customers experience Mörk.
You'll play a key role across:
- Service and customer experience
- Retail engagement and sampling programs
- Team leadership and development
- Launches, activations, and seasonal menus
- Labour, rostering, and operational flow
- Venue presentation and guiding visual merchandising
This is a hands-on role spent largely in venues. One day might involve supporting a busy service, another launching a seasonal menu, developing a venue leader, or helping bring a new customer experience to life.
About You
You have experience leading one or multiple busy cafés, restaurants, or customer-focused retail environments.
You'll likely bring:
- Strong hospitality leadership experience
- A genuine love of customer experience
- Confidence working in busy environments
- Sound operational and rostering experience
- The ability to develop people and build strong teams
- Curiosity, initiative, and attention to detail
