Role: Business Development Manager - Client Acquisition
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities within the Australian IT market
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle (prospecting through to closure)
- Sell IT Services, Professional Services, IT contract staffing, permanent hiring, and managed services solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and procurement teams
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Collaborate closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Consultancy, IT Services, Professional Services, or IT Staffing Business Development
- Proven track record of selling IT Services and Professional Services in the Australian market
- Experience working with Australia-based clientsStrong understanding of Australian hiring models and in-demand IT skill sets (Cloud, Data, DevOps, ERP, etc.)
- Experience managing RFPs, enterprise proposals, and commercial negotiations
- Proficiency in CRM tools and pipeline management

Pay: $65,718.49 – $130,000.03 per year
