What You’ll Start Doing (Year 1)
Everyone starts at the ground level. No exceptions.
Your main focus at the start will be:
- Customer service
- Phone sales
- Walk-in customers
- Order processing
- Assisting warehouse when needed
- Learning our systems
- Learning our products
- Learning how we sell and why customers buy
If you cannot handle customers, you cannot run a business.
So that’s where we start.
What You’ll Become (If You Last)
If you stay, learn, and perform, over time you will move into:
- Writing ads and product listings
- Running social media ads
- Product photography & videography
- Competitor research
- Managing product categories
- Dealing with suppliers
- Managing staff
- Running departments
- Profit-share opportunities
- Performance bonuses
- Leadership roles
Our goal is that in 5 years, you can run a department of the business.

Long-Term Commitment
We are investing a lot of time, training and knowledge into this role.
Because of that, the successful candidate will be required to sign a long-term agreement (5-year intention).
