The Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Full Time Sales Associate to join our Coach team at Homebush DFO . In this role, you will deliver an exceptional client experience, build lasting relationships, and drive sales while embodying the Coach brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a premium customer experience through personalised service and product knowledge
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPI’s
- Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business
- Support store operations including VM standards, stock management, and replenishment
- Maintain a high standard of store presentation and visual merchandising
- Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
About You
- Previous experience in retail, premium or luxury sales preferred
- Strong passion for fashion and customer service
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, energetic, and team-oriented approach
- Structured and set roster ( 37.5 hours per week)
