Our Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate is a commercially astute and highly organised professional who brings confidence, sound judgement and discipline to complex commercial environments. You will have experience in commercial operations, governance or business management, with the ability to lead bids, support contract negotiations and strengthen operational reporting. You will be comfortable working with senior stakeholders, operational teams and clients, building trusted relationships through clear communication, thoughtful engagement and a practical, solutions-focused approach. Experience in Defence, Australian Government or complex professional services environments will be highly regarded, as will your ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting. Essential Requirements
The following key requirements are required to be demonstrated by all employees of Omni.
- Be an Australian Citizen
- Hold a current Australian Government Security Clearance or be willing to obtain one

Have excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
In addition, this role will require demonstrated experience in:
- Commercial operations, governance or business management experience

Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills

Experience leading bids, contract negotiations and/or operational reporting

Experience working with Defence, Australian Government or complex professional services environments.
