We're looking for a commercially minded Asset Manager to oversee a portfolio of airport assets, maximise long-term value, and build strong tenant partnerships. This role combines commercial asset management, property leasing, financial performance and stakeholder engagement to ensure our property portfolio continues to deliver sustainable commercial outcomes.
Working closely with our Property Development, Facilities Management, Finance and Legal teams, you'll play a key role in protecting and enhancing asset value while delivering exceptional service to our tenants.

Key responsibilities:
The role's duties and accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

Manage a diverse commercial property portfolio to maximise asset performance and long-term value.

Lead lease negotiations including new leases, renewals, rent reviews, assignments and subleases.

Develop strong tenant relationships and act as the primary commercial contact for your portfolio.

Identify opportunities to grow revenue, improve occupancy and enhance asset performance.

Monitor lease compliance and work with Legal to prepare and execute leasing documentation.

Partner with Facilities Management and Property Development teams to ensure assets remain fit for purpose.

Support capital planning, budgeting, forecasting and commercial decision-making.

Monitor financial performance, lease obligations, debtor management and revenue opportunities.

Maintain market knowledge to identify industry trends and emerging commercial opportunities.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, business projects and operational processes.
The successful candidate will have:
You'll be a commercially focused property professional who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on portfolio management.
You'll bring:

Experience in commercial asset management, property management or commercial leasing.

Demonstrated experience negotiating commercial lease agreements and managing tenant relationships.

Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts and asset performance.

Sound knowledge of commercial property, leasing principles, contract management and property legislation.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes.

A proactive approach with strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

An Agent's Representative Certificate (or equivalent) is essential.

Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Property, Asset Management or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
