We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and professional Female Disability Support Worker to provide person-centred support to Jasmine Reid in Chambers Flat.

The successful candidate will have experience supporting individuals with autism and intellectual disability and be committed to promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care in a respectful and person-centred manner.
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Support community access and encourage participation in community activities.
- Assist with developing daily living skills and promoting greater independence.
- Provide support to attend medical appointments.
- Build a positive rapport while encouraging healthy lifestyle choices and overall wellbeing.
- Maintain professional communication and accurate documentation.
Essential Requirements
- Current Yellow Card (NDIS Worker Screening Clearance)
- Current Blue Card
- Current Driver's Licence
- Reliable vehicle
- Comprehensive Car Insurance
- Current Vehicle Registration
Desirable Qualifications
- Certificate III, Certificate IV, Diploma, or higher qualification in Disability Support, Individual Support, Aged Care, Community Services, or a related field.
What We're Looking For

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Available to work one of the following day shift schedules:
- 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM, or
- 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM
- Available to commence work as soon as possible

- Build independence and confidence in daily living.
- Increase community participation.
- Develop practical daily living skills.
- Reconnect with cultural activities.
- Promote long-term independence, health, and wellbeing.
