- Job title: Turf Sales Consultant Part time.

- Salary: $43,800 to $45,500.
- Position is for 3.5 days per week (Mon, Wed & Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm and Sat 7:30am to 12:00 noon). Note we do not open on Saturday during winter.
- Flexibility to cover annual leave of full time staff.
About the role
The successful application will be working in our main sales office in Wattle Grove and will be part of a small administration team. Duties can include but are not limited to:
- Assisting customer both over the telephone and in store.
- Responding to sales enquiries via email.
- Ensuring products are well stocked and that the sales office is neat and tidy.
- Working with our store-man and delivery drivers to ensure turf is supplied and delivered on time and in good condition.
Skills and experience
Turf is a unique product and it is not expected that the applicant will have any knowledge of the product, its uses or how it is sold. The successful applicant will be provided with the ongoing training required to succeed.
There are however some basic skills required.
- A good command of English both written and spoken.
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility
- Proficient with outlook and excel.
- Strong numeracy skills.
- Cash handling.
- Knowledge of Xero an advantage.
