Sydney Health Physiotherapy is looking for a reliable and professional Medical Receptionist to join our growing team across our Hurstville and Sydney CBD clinics.
We are a fast-paced physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic focused on providing high-quality care to our patients. We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who:

Your responsibilities
- Front desk reception and patient greeting
- Managing bookings and appointment scheduling
- Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries
- Processing payments and administrative tasks
- Coordinating patient flow throughout the day
- Following up appointments and assisting with clinic operations
- Supporting clinicians and maintaining a professional environment
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a busy clinic environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Professional presentation and attitude
- Previous reception or customer service experience preferred
- Medical reception experience is advantageous but not essential

Pay: $26.00 – $29.00 per hour
Education:
- High School (Year 12) (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Medical administration: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
