What your day could look like
As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll play a vital role in supporting residents to live with comfort, dignity and independence. Working closely with Registered Nurses and a multidisciplinary team, you'll help deliver compassionate, evidence-based care that creates positive outcomes for individuals and their families.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
Delivering personalised nursing care that improves residents' comfort, health and quality of life
Monitoring wellbeing and sharing insights that guide care decisions and support positive outcomes
Collaborating with colleagues to create a safe, responsive and respectful care environment
Supporting continuous improvement by identifying risks, contributing ideas and strengthening care practices
Let's talk about you!
You're someone who brings both clinical skill and genuine care to everything you do. You know how to listen, respond and adapt, making residents feel safe, respected and valued. You take pride in delivering thoughtful care, working as part of a team, and contributing to a positive environment where people feel supported to thrive. You're driven to make a difference and value opportunities to keep learning and growing in your practice.
Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (no medication restrictions)
Experience or strong capability in delivering evidence-based care, ideally in aged care settings
Confidence working collaboratively while exercising sound clinical judgement
Commitment to safety, quality standards and continuous professional development
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in residential aged care and/or additional training in areas such as intravenous medication administration.
Most importantly, you'll bring compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage to your work, helping create meaningful moments of care and connection for those who need it most.
