Senior Speech Pathologist

As a Speech Pathologist in our Revesby clinic, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, delivering therapy both in our purpose-built clinic and out in the community.

About your new role:
- Drive and lead your own caseload, delivering exceptional care to our participants
- A purpose-built clinic consisting of gymnasiums, sensory and treatment rooms to help achieve your clients goals
- Delivering high-quality, person-centred speech therapy to a wide range of NDIS participants.
- Participating in peer consultations with other disciplines to achieve client outcomes.
- Working with clients to set achievable goals that will support them to function more independently.
- Reporting: Report disciplinary or grievance incidents, assist in record-keeping and data tracking, and provide necessary reports to senior management.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Completed Bachelor AND/OR Masters degree in Speech Pathology
- Full SPA Registration
- Valid Australian driver’s licence and access to a car
- Unrestricted Australian work rights
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
