Our Wind business is responsible for the delivery of major wind farm and associated high-voltage infrastructure projects across Australia. The team works closely with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, commercially and to a high standard.
As we continue to support Australia’s renewable energy transition, we are seeking an experienced Program Manager Wind to provide strong leadership across project delivery, people management, stakeholder engagement and commercial outcomes.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a senior Program Manager Wind to lead the delivery of high-voltage infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on wind farm projects. This role is responsible for managing delivery teams including Project Managers, Project Directors, and Project Engineers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with safety, quality and commercial expectations.
This position will play a key role in overseeing current wind farm projects, supporting tender activity and providing leadership across project delivery teams. The role will also involve contract negotiation, senior stakeholder management and presenting to management on project performance, risks and commercial matters.
The role is preferably based in Adelaide, however interstate candidates will be considered for the right person. Regular travel will be required due to the national nature of the project portfolio.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will bring strong project delivery leadership, commercial discipline and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across major infrastructure projects.
You will ideally have:
- Extensive senior project management experience in a construction or project delivery environment, including wind farm projects.
- Significant experience delivering HV construction projects, ideally with exposure to Australian standards
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Project Management, or an Electrical Licence with suitable HV electrical experience
- Strong people leadership capability, with experience guiding project delivery teams and supporting team development
- Experience preparing tenders, negotiating contracts and managing customer relationships
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to present to senior management and larger groups [
- Contractor-side experience would be highly regarded, although client-side experience will also be considered
- PMP certification and knowledge of PMBoK methodologies would be desirable
