Evo Collective is a local, NDIS registered disability support provider based in Maryland, growing our team to keep up with new participants across Newcastle and the Hunter. We’re after a reliable, genuinely caring Support Worker to join a small team that actually knows its participants and workers — not a big call centre outfit.
We’re looking for someone who:
✅ Has experience in disability support, aged care, youth work or a similar field
✅ Is confident supporting participants with daily routines, community access and personal care
✅ Is patient, reliable and able to build trusting relationships
✅ Holds (or is willing to obtain) an NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and current First Aid/CPR
✅ Has a current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (some shifts involve transport/community access)
✅ Is available for [morning / afternoon-evening / weekend — adjust to your actual need] shifts
What we offer:
✨ Supportive, close-knit team — you’ll be known, not just rostered
✨ Paid under the SCHADS Award
✨ Consistent shifts with the same participants where possible, not a different placement every day
✨ Ongoing training and support as we grow
If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you — send through your resume and a bit about yourself.
