Labourer – Civil & Pipeline Maintenance

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team based in Caringbah, NSW. This hands-on role involves supporting civil and pipeline maintenance projects, assisting experienced crews with underground infrastructure works, and contributing to safe and efficient site operations.
You will start and finish each day at our Caringbah depot before travelling to various project sites. This position is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the willingness to learn and develop new skills within the civil and utilities industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with civil, drainage, and pipeline maintenance works.
- Enter and work safely in confined spaces in accordance with procedures.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Support CCTV inspection and pipe relining crews as required.
- Perform general labouring duties, including site preparation and site clean-up.
- Follow all workplace health and safety (WHS) procedures and company policies.
- Maintain equipment and ensure work areas are clean and organised.
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients on-site.
Essential Requirements
- Current Confined Space Entry Ticket or willingness to obtain one.
- Current Working at Heights Ticket.
- Experience using power tools safely and effectively.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transport.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Well-presented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Previous confined space work experience.
- Experience in pipe relining or CCTV pipeline inspections.
- Civil construction, drainage, utilities, or infrastructure experience.
- Experience working within construction or maintenance environments.

Schedule: 10-12hrs, M-F, 6AM start
