Pure Reformer is a premium Reformer Pilates studio brand expanding rapidly across Australia, with a clear vision to take our concept to the global stage. We currently operate two thriving studios in Wetherill Park and Olympic Park, and this is just the beginning.
We're looking for a driven, passionate, and people-first Sales Manager to lead both studios — someone who wants to be part of something bigger than a job title, and who has the hunger to help build a brand destined for international recognition.
THE ROLE
As Sales Manager across our Wetherill Park and Olympic Park studios, you will own the full member journey — from first enquiry to long-term loyalty. You'll work closely with studio management and the Pure Reformer leadership team to grow our member community, drive revenue, and shape how our brand shows up in the market.
This is a hands-on, high-energy role. You'll be in-studio, at events, and out in the community — telling the Pure Reformer story and turning interest into commitment.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Driving new member acquisition across both studio locations through proactive outreach, lead conversion, and compelling studio tours
- Developing and executing retention strategies that keep our members engaged, motivated, and loyal to the Pure Reformer community
- Collaborating on marketing campaigns and contributing creative ideas that reflect the Pure Reformer brand and values
- Planning and running in-studio events — from open days and workshops to member appreciation nights and brand activations
- Building and managing corporate wellness partnerships and B2B functions to expand our presence in the workplace
- Monitoring membership trends, sales KPIs, and reporting to leadership with clear insights and actionable plans
- Aligning culture, service standards, and sales goals across both studio locations
- Contributing to our national expansion strategy as Pure Reformer grows into new Australian and international markets

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven sales experience — ideally in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or a membership-based business
- A natural people-connector: warm, persuasive, and genuinely passionate about improving lives through movement
- Experience developing and executing marketing plans, events, and community initiatives
- Confidence managing corporate partnerships and B2B relationships
- Data-literate — comfortable with CRM tools, sales tracking, and making decisions from numbers
- A self-starter with the ambition and energy to grow alongside a brand going places
- Ability to work across two studio locations and thrive in a fast-moving environment
A NOTE ON REFORMER PILATES
We'd love it if you already train on the Reformer or have a background coaching Pilates — living and breathing what we do makes a real difference, and your passion will be contagious to every prospective member you meet. That said, it is absolutely not a deal-breaker for this role. What matters most is your sales leadership, your drive, and your belief in what we're building. We'll take care of the rest.
