We don’t expect you to walk in knowing everything.
We will train you.
For your first 2–4 weeks, you’ll work closely alongside the owner, learning the business from the ground up. You’ll be involved in sales, quoting, client meetings, project management, site visits and everything that goes into running successful landscaping projects.
You’ll get direct, hands-on training rather than being thrown into the deep end.
And because we’re a young and ambitious company, there is huge room to grow with us.
Uncapped Commission

What you’ll be doing
Your role will involve a combination of sales, customer relationships and project management, including:
- Meeting with potential clients and understanding their landscaping needs
- Preparing and presenting quotes
- Following up leads and converting enquiries into projects
- Building strong relationships with clients
- Coordinating landscaping projects from start to finish
- Communicating with clients, suppliers and our landscaping team
- Visiting job sites and ensuring projects are progressing smoothly
- Managing timelines, expectations and customer communication
- Identifying opportunities to grow sales
- Ensuring every project delivers the high standard Flawless Gardens & Landscaping is known for

Landscaping experience is NOT essential.
Sales experience is beneficial, but the right attitude, personality and willingness to learn are more important to us.
