Summary
Our client is seeking to appoint an Organisation and Methods Analyst – Digital Asset Operations to support the ongoing development, review and improvement of its operational systems, procedures and workflows across stablecoin and digital asset operations.
The role is responsible for analysing, documenting, reviewing and enhancing operational methods, controls and processes to improve efficiency, consistency, scalability and operational effectiveness. Key areas of focus include fiat payment processes, stablecoin issuance and redemption activities, minting and burning workflows, settlement support, custody-related operations, digital wallet procedures, reconciliations, customer onboarding, transaction exception management and operational reporting.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders across Operations, Finance/Treasury, Compliance, Product, Engineering and Customer Operations, as well as external banking partners, custodians, liquidity providers, payment service providers and other approved counterparties. The role will identify operational gaps, assess existing procedures, recommend practical improvements and assist with the implementation of approved process enhancements.
This is a process improvement and operational analysis role focused on the development and enhancement of workflows, internal controls, documentation standards, escalation procedures, audit trails and cross-functional operating processes. The position does not involve speculative trading, discretionary investment decision-making or unauthorised transaction execution.

The typical job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Analyse and evaluate AUDC’s current operating methods, systems, workflows, internal procedures, control points, and documentation across fiat and digital asset operations.
- Review end-to-end procedures relating to AUDD issuance, redemption, minting, burning, settlement support, custody workflows, blockchain transfer monitoring, wallet operation procedures, liquidity support processes, and reconciliation activities.
- Undertake work studies by observing workflows, reviewing operating records, analysing procedural documents, and assessing transaction processing methods across Operations, Finance/Treasury, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Customer Operations.
- Map existing and proposed workflows, including transaction pathways, approval steps, escalation points, handover processes, reconciliation checkpoints, exception handling procedures, and operational reporting requirements.
- Identify inefficiencies, manual workarounds, duplication, bottlenecks, control weaknesses, unclear handover points, and documentation gaps within AUDC’s operational processes.
- Prepare recommendations to improve operating procedures, task handovers, workflow ownership, escalation pathways, control checkpoints, documentation standards, and process efficiency.
- Support the implementation of approved process improvements, including revised SOPs, operating instructions, workflow maps, process notes, control checklists, escalation matrices, and training materials.
- Review operating procedures and advise management where actual practices depart from approved procedures, internal policies, control requirements, governance standards, or agreed service levels.
- Analyse transaction exceptions, failed transfers, settlement delays, reconciliation breaks, onboarding bottlenecks, and operational incidents to identify root causes and recommend process improvements.
- Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures relating to fiat payment flows, stablecoin settlement workflows, custody processes, address whitelisting controls, transfer approval processes, wallet operation procedures, and reconciliation controls.
- Analyse and improve procedures supporting liquidity monitoring, settlement readiness, operational balance controls, and coordination with approved banking, custody, liquidity, and payment service provider relationships.
- Work with Compliance to review and improve operational procedures supporting AML/CTF controls, KYC/KYB workflows, customer due diligence, enhanced due diligence, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, suspicious matter escalation, and audit-ready recordkeeping.
- Work with Product and Engineering teams to translate operational pain points into business requirements for internal tools, workflow automation, dashboards, reconciliation improvements, exception monitoring, and reporting enhancements.
- Review blockchain transaction records, custody records, fiat settlement information, internal ledger data, and operational reports to support process analysis, reconciliation review, and incident root-cause assessment.
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of audit-ready operational records, including process evidence, workflow approvals, exception logs, reconciliation records, incident summaries, and procedure change records.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to support controlled, efficient, and timely resolution of process issues affecting minting, burning, settlement, redemption, custody, wallet operations, customer onboarding, or transaction reconciliation.
- Prepare process analysis reports, workflow documentation, operational improvement recommendations, management updates, and implementation status reports.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving settlement reliability, transaction visibility, operational resilience, control effectiveness, audit readiness, and service delivery outcomes.
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for the role:
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in business, finance, commerce, engineering, operations management, information systems, or a related discipline.
- Postgraduate qualification in business, finance, fintech, operations, or a related discipline is desirable.
- 3+ years’ experience in operations analysis, business process improvement, payments, banking operations, treasury operations, digital assets, fintech, financial services, or another regulated operational environment.
- Experience reviewing, documenting, and improving operational workflows, procedures, controls, reconciliations, escalation processes, and reporting frameworks.
- Experience working with high-value, time-sensitive transactions in controlled, audit-sensitive, or regulated environments.
- Exposure to digital asset operations, stablecoin operations, blockchain-based settlement, wallet infrastructure, custody workflows, OTC operations, FX operations, or multi-currency payment flows is highly desirable.
- Experience supporting AML/CTF operational processes, KYC/KYB workflows, enhanced due diligence, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, suspicious matter escalation, or audit-ready recordkeeping is desirable.
- Experience working with banking partners, payment service providers, custodians, liquidity providers, exchanges, OTC counterparties, or other financial infrastructure providers is desirable.
- Familiarity with digital asset custody tools, blockchain analytics platforms, payment systems, reconciliation tools, workflow dashboards, banking portals, and operational reporting systems is desirable.
- Exposure to blockchain, DeFi, custody, stablecoin, or digital asset operating environments is desirable.
