We’re looking for a Senior Account Director who thrives in that space. Someone who brings energy, instinct and momentum. A natural operator who can sell bold ideas, build strong client relationships and deliver work that lands.
This is a senior client and creative leadership role across earned.
You’ll be accountable for:
Guiding key client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and senior point of contact
Developing and selling in earned-first, culturally relevant ideas that drive attention and conversation
Influencing earned ideation, from initial spark through to fully formed concepts ready to sell
Overseeing implementation, ensuring work is delivered to a high standard, on time and within scope
Working closely with social, influencer, creative and media teams to deliver integrated campaigns
Guiding and mentoring a team, setting clear direction and raising the bar on output
This role balances creative thinking and delivery excellence. You’ll be as comfortable in a stakeholder room selling an idea as you are ensuring it lands in market.
7–10+ years’ experience in consumer PR, ideally within an agency environment
A strong track record of developing earned ideas that have driven media coverage and cultural cut-through
Confidence pitching bold, disruptive concepts to senior stakeholders
Natural relationship builder, able to earn trust and maintain it
Strong news & social trend sense and awareness of what will land in media
High attention to detail across planning and creation
Experience motivating teams and handling multiple workstreams simultaneously
