We're seeking a friendly, professional and highly organised Support Office Concierge to become the welcoming face and voice of Sundale. In this pivotal role, you'll deliver outstanding customer experiences while supporting the smooth operation of our Support Office and helping bring "The Sundale Way" to life in every interaction.

About the Role
Reporting to the Executive Manager, Brand and Communications, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective customers, residents, families, visitors and team members, ensuring every interaction is warm, professional and memorable.
This diverse role combines customer service, office coordination, executive support, event assistance and administration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, building relationships and creating positive experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist visitors, customers, residents, families and team members across multiple communication channels.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, enquiries and feedback, ensuring timely triage and resolution.
- Coordinate reception, meeting rooms and shared office spaces to maintain Sundale's professional standards.
- Manage office supplies, consumables, branded materials and employee amenities.
- Coordinate Support Office fleet bookings, servicing and vehicle presentation.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
- Assist with internal and external events, meetings, workshops and functions.
- Support onboarding activities, safety inductions, CRM administration and records management.
- Assist with uniform coordination, mail management and internal communications support.
Required qualifications or certificates
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, reception, administration or office coordination roles.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital systems.
- Experience using HubSpot or other CRM systems will be highly regarded.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
- Police Check.
