We are looking for experienced Barista/Allrounder to join our team (immediate start).
Casual shifts available Monday to Friday with up to 4 shifts per week (ideally Mon-Thurs). Shifts are daytime hours as we trade 7am -3pm and early mornings may be required.
Close to Metro only a short bus ride away with stop just out front or onsite staff parking also available.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 1yr previous Barista/coffee making experience with confident latte art skills a must
- A love for coffee and with strong coffee making skills – (Barista skills & knowledge required)
- Making and serving Coffee to a consistent high standard at all times.
- Provide exceptional hospitality to all customers and able to build rapport
- Dial in grinder on a daily basis and monitor throughout the day
- Daily setup and cleaning of all coffee equipment and area.
- Keeping coffee area stocked accordingly and kept neat & tidy throughout the day.

- Enthusiastic, friendly, and able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
- Able to build strong relationships with both co-workers and our customers.
- Experience in food handling (added bonus)
- Self-motivated, driven and adaptable
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- FOH skills and experience from previous experience.
- Reliable, punctual, genuine and professional.
- Experience using POS and handling all types of transactions.
