We are seeking experienced Business Strategy Officers to join the Compliance and Engagement Group (CEG) and Enterprise Solutions and Technology (EST).
As a Business Strategy Officer, you will support the development and implementation of business strategies, contributing to the achievement of organisational priorities and improved business outcomes. You’ll gather and analyse information, identify issues and contribute to practical, evidence based solutions that support decision-making and operational delivery.
You will support the delivery of work programs and initiatives, contributing to alignment between strategy, implementation and client outcomes. You’ll work collaboratively with stakeholders across business areas, using clear communication and effective engagement to support delivery and continuous improvement.
At the APS 4 level, you will apply established processes under moderate guidance, developing your skills and capability while delivering quality, accurate work. You will support analysis, stakeholder engagement and delivery of outcomes
At the APS 5 level, you will operate with increased independence, exercising when managing competing priorities, analysing issues, contributing recommendations and providing advice to support business outcomes and continuous improvement. You’ll support stakeholder relationships through effective communication, collaboration and responsiveness to address business needs.
