Elevate Salon is a premium hairdressing destination known for its expertise in blondes, balayage, precision cuts, and color transformations. We are seeking an experienced Senior Hairdresser to join our Gap location.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-end coloring, foiling, balayage, precision cutting, and styling
- Conduct thorough client consultations to deliver tailored hair solutions
- Maintain a high standard of service, professionalism, and salon cleanliness
- Work towards weekly service and retail sales targets
- Ensure client retention and rebooking rate of 60% or higher
- Participate in ongoing training and mentoring of junior stylists
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a professional hairdresser post certification
- Certificate III in Hairdressing or international equivalent
- Proven expertise in advanced coloring techniques, balayage, and blondes
- Strong ability to consult, educate, and build lasting client relationships
- Ability to rebook clients and upsell retail products
- Must be willing to work full-time, including evenings and alternate Saturdays
- A positive, motivated team player who strives for excellence in hairdressing
