Office Administration and Customer Service/Sales is a casual role at Cardzilla Pty Ltd, located in Cairns, QLD. is the interface between customers and the company by phone, email and in person.
The right candidate will be enthusiastic, polite, well presented and educated. The position is dynamic and fast paced dealing with customers who expect excellent service.
The applicant must have documented experience with customer communication (written, phone and in person), be computer literate with experience working with customer management/accounting software programs, be a problem solver able to work unsupervised and be a team player.
Experience or an interest in commercial graphic design would be beneficial (and potentially lead to further roles)
