We are looking for a QUALIFIED BEEF BONER MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH BEEF DOING LINE WORK / ABATTOIR ENVIRONMENT.
We bring in our beef, lamb, pork and goat bodies every week so you must be able to breakdown with skill and precision. You will be needed to use your expert knife skills to separate fat and tissue from the bones. The beef bodies will be in quarters and you will be required to cut these into all standard meat cuts, ready to package and sell to retail customers. Foreign trim, blood clots and bruises will need to be dealt with expertly.
You must be experienced in all aspects of not only butchery you MUST HAVE BEEF BONING experience and be a team player and help out in all areas.
You will be working in a very successful and very busy retail meat store, in fact the biggest cool-room style butchery in Sydney, working within a great team of people who are very supportive.
The business is open 7 days per week from 7am to 7pm. This role is FIVE DAYS PER WEEK / 38 HOURS

If you aren't currently living in Sydney, the role can wait until you relocate (within a reasonable timeframe). You must have permanent working rights in Australia.
