Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional bar service that exceed guest expectations
- Keep the bar clean, well-stocked, and ready to impress at all times
- Create genuine connections with guests and guide them through a memorable beverage journey
- Collaborate with the wider team and members to solve challenges with a flexible, solution-focused mindset
- Build lasting relationships with new and returning guests and members, anticipating their needs and encouraging future visits
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- A current RSA certification
- Experience in a similar bar or hospitality role
- Full working rights in Australia
- Eagerness to grow your career in a dynamic, high-energy environment
- A proactive, self-starting attitude with a love for hospitality
- Creative problem-solver with a team-first approach and a passion for great service
Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
