Position: Go-Kart Track Staff – Full Time / Part Time / Casual

Entertainment Park is looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Karting Team at our brand-new Penrith venue opening soon!
As a Go-Kart Track Staff Member, you will play a key role in creating a safe, exciting, and unforgettable racing experience for our guests. This is a fast-paced and hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, thrives under pressure, and has a passion for motorsports or entertainment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and operating go-kart race sessions
- Assisting guests with safety briefings and race procedures
- Monitoring track safety and ensuring all rules are followed
- Helping guests with helmets, equipment, and kart entry/exit
- Responding quickly and professionally to on-track incidents
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the karting area
- Providing exceptional customer service to guests of all ages
- Assisting with general venue operations when required
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Confidence enforcing safety rules and procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive work ethic
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Previous customer service or entertainment experience is beneficial but not essential
- Interest in go-karting, motorsports, or action-based environments is highly regarded
