Our Midland team is looking for a New Graduate or Early Career Occupational Therapist who is curious, compassionate and excited to learn, particularly someone with a passion for working with children and families.
Whether you're fresh out of university or have a little experience under your belt, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians, build your paediatric skills and make a genuine difference to the lives of your clients.
What You'll Be Doing:
This isn't a role where every day looks the same.
You'll work across clinic and community settings, supporting paediatric clients and NDIS participants to achieve meaningful goals, build independence and participate more confidently in everyday life.

You'll be supported to:
- Complete functional and developmental assessments
- Develop individualised therapy plans
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions
- Support children across areas such as fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, regulation and participation
- Work closely with parents, carers, teachers and other professionals
- Build your confidence managing your own caseload
- Collaborate with experienced OTs and a broader multidisciplinary team
- Develop your clinical reasoning and professional skills
- Take part in regular mentoring, supervision and peer learning
- Gradually build your independence while always having support around you

You'll need:
- Bachelor (or equivalent) in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
- Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
