Inspire your team: Supervise and mentor staff, set priorities, allocate resources, and ensure everyone has the tools and training they need to succeed.
Keep us moving: Work with Facilities and Fleet teams to ensure our equipment is always ready to go.
Be a problem-solver: Troubleshoot daily challenges, track progress, and keep everything running smoothly.
Be a communicator: Chair meetings, deliver engaging induction presentations, and collaborate with colleagues across the department.
Drive innovation: Provide recommendations to improve business outcomes and help us stay ahead of the curve.
Make an impact: Contribute to the success of the National Fire Ant Eradication Program and other critical biosecurity initiatives.
