About the role:
As a dental assistant and receptionist, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, flexible, and eager to be part of a caring and professional environment.

Key responsibilities:
- Assisting the dentist during procedures, including chair-side support and sterilisation of instruments.
- Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms and instruments.
- Managing patient appointments, bookings and recalls.
- Welcoming patients and ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure.
- Handling patient enquiries and coordinating patient care.
- Maintaining patient records and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Managing payments and health fund claims.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a dental assistant and/or dental receptionist is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, friendly attitude with a strong focus on patient care.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in dental software (Oasis, Examine Pro) is a plus but not essential.
