About The Role
As the Sales Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting or contacting our dealership. You play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional first impression while supporting the sales team with day to day administrative tasks. This role suits someone who is friendly, well-organised, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
In this role you will:

Welcome and host customers in a professional manner

Oversee the presentation and upkeep of the reception area and customer lounge

Handle administrative tasks, including vehicle registration

Answer and return calls, takes messages, and direct enquiries as appropriate

Manage sending and receiving parcels

Prepare beverages for customers (barista or café experience preferred but not essential)
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

Experience in a busy environment with the ability to multitask effectively

Strong commitment to delivering customer service
- Confident and professional phone manner

Well presented in corporate attire

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Previous experience in a similar role or within the retail automotive industry is desirable
