An Implementation Consultant is responsible for deploying and configuring TechnologyOne's cloud-based ERP solutions for clients. The role involves gathering business requirements, configuring the system, training end users, and ensuring successful implementation projects that align with the client's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze client business requirements.
- Configure and customize TechnologyOne ERP applications.
- Lead software implementation and deployment projects.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end users.
- Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and client stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve implementation issues and project risks.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and user guides.
- Provide post-implementation support and recommend system improvements.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Pay: From $11,000.00 per month
