About the Role
As a Front of House Team Member at Açaí Culture, you'll be the face of our brand. Your main focus is delivering exceptional customer service while preparing our delicious menu items and creating an unforgettable experience for every customer.
This is primarily a front-of-house role with evening and late-night shifts available.
Trading Hours:
10:45 AM – 1:30 AM (Late-night availability is essential.)
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Greet every customer with a genuine smile and make them feel welcome.
- Prepare premium açaí bowls to our quality standards.
- Make milkshakes, desserts, smoothies, and other menu items.
- Keep the front counter clean, organised, and inviting.
- Process customer orders and handle payments accurately.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Restock ingredients and assist with opening and closing duties.
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining excellent service.
- Be confident appearing in social media content, promotional videos, and photos when required.
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a fun, energetic atmosphere.

Experience
Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential. We provide full training—the right attitude and personality matter more than experience.

Pay: $26.44 – $44.75 per hour
