Casual and Part-Time Opportunities

We're looking for reliable and safety-focused Distribution Centre Operators to join our Western Australia team. Working alongside our Team Leaders, Supervisors and DC Management, you'll help maintain a safe, efficient and well-organised Distribution Centre.
What you'll be doing
- Working across different areas of the Distribution Centre, including inbound and outbound operations
- Loading and unloading trucks and containers, both manually and using material-handling equipment
- Picking and selecting products accurately
- Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment where licensed
- Using RF scanners and other electronic equipment
- Completing equipment pre-start safety checks
- Conducting stock checks and supporting inventory accuracy
- Identifying and reporting damaged products
- Maintaining quality-control standards and procedures
- Completing housekeeping and cleaning duties
- Following directions from Team Leaders, Supervisors and DC Management
- Supporting the team to improve safety, productivity and operational performance
You'll be expected to:
- Follow all workplace health and safety requirements
- Use correct manual-handling techniques
- Comply with safe operating procedures
- Wear all required personal protective equipment
- Immediately report hazards, risks or unsafe conditions
- Help promote a positive and safety-focused workplace
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices
- Experience using RF scanning systems
- Basic written, verbal and numerical skills
- The physical ability to safely perform manual-handling duties
- A reliable, flexible and team-focused approach
- Willingness to work across different areas of the Distribution Centre
The following would be advantageous:
- A current forklift licence
