Your New Role
We’re looking for a Senior Workplace Officer to play a key role in delivering a safe, efficient and high-performing workplace environment across our national office network. This is a hands-on and highly visible role where you will lead day-to-day workplace operations, partner with stakeholders at all levels and oversee facilities, safety and service delivery to ensure our offices support our people to do their best work.
Please note this role will require you to be on-site 5days a week.
You’ll take ownership across a broad range of workplace and facilities activities, including:
- Oversee planned preventative maintenance to ensure operational continuity;
- Lead cleaning, maintenance and safety audit programs across corporate offices;
- Act as the central coordination point for staff workplace queries and issues;
- Partner with building management and external service providers to ensure service quality;
- Oversee meeting room setup, events and catering coordination;
- Ensure front-of-house standards are maintained, including reception coverage;
- Provide guidance and supervision to Workplace Officers and support staff;
- Coach team members and foster a collaborative, high-performing environment; and
- Manage workplace records, invoices and approvals.

- Demonstrated experience in facilities or workplace operations within a medium–large corporate environment;
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to liaise across all levels;
- Experience managing vendors, service delivery and operational processes;
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail;
- Leadership capability, with experience supervising or supporting team members;
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset;
- You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
