Position
We are currently hiring:
- Cook
- Commis Chef
- Chef de Partie (experienced applicants welcome)
Main responsibilities include:
- Grill section
- Fry section
- Food preparation
- Assisting service during operation
- Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
Requirements
- Previous kitchen experience preferred
- Must be available for lunch shifts
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Good hygiene and organisation skills
- Interest in Japanese cuisine
- Long-term applicants preferred
Working Hours
Tuesday to Sunday
- 10:00am – 3:00pm
- 5:00pm – 10:30pm
Shift-based roster.
