Key Responsibilities
Project & Timeline Management
- Manage artwork projects seamlessly from the initial design stage through to packaging print.
- Coordinate and track product launch timelines using client-based online systems.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, each containing a varying number of packaging items.
- Maintain accurate forecast and status trackers for both clients and internal departments.
- Travel between client marketing offices and factory offices as required.
Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
- Serve as the central point of contact between agency, client, and SGX stakeholders.
- Gather cross-functional information from various global stakeholders and locations.
- Provide clear briefs to off-site studios (design, production, and 3D imagery).
- Organize and lead progress meetings with clients and internal teams to resolve project issues.
Quality Assurance & Process Improvement
- Partner with the local Quality Specialist to ensure exceptional quality across print and digital deliverables.
- Guarantee internal team SLAs (service level agreements) are consistently met.
- Support leadership with cross-functional approval processes.
- Conduct process training for newcomers on the client side.
Job Requirements
Experience & Education
- Minimum Experience: 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or a similar level.
- Industry Experience: 3 years in pre-press, packaging, design, printing, or graphics is ideal.
Skills & Competencies
- Technical Proficiency: Expert in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat PDF (annotating, comment, and review).
- Software Savvy: Highly proficient with Internet-based computer software. (Photoshop, Illustrator, and Keynote skills are an advantage but not required).
- Industry Knowledge: Printing knowledge is a strong asset.
- Languages: Full fluency in English (written and spoken).
