Full-time or Part-time | Flexible hours | Supportive, innovative team
Are you a Speech Pathologist who loves your work — but not the admin, pressure or burnout that often comes with it?
At Speech for Everyone, we’re building a practice that puts clients, clinicians and sustainability first. With long waitlists and strong community demand, we’re looking for a Speech Pathologist who wants meaningful clinical work in a supportive, well-structured environment.
About Us
Speech for Everyone provides speech pathology services to clients of all ages across clinic, school, SIL and community settings.. Our clinical focus includes speech, language, literacy, swallowing and pragmatics.
We operate a Speech Pathologist–led, Assistant-supported model, allowing SPs to focus on assessment, goal-setting, supervision and complex clinical work — while extending access to therapy for a community with high need.

- Work with a skilled team of Allied Health Assistants delivering therapy under your guidance
- Provide clinical supervision and case oversight
- Work directly with complex clients as required

- Flexible work arrangements (full-time or part-time)
- Sustainable clinical expectations
- Structured supervision and professional development
- Supportive, experienced leadership
- A genuine focus on quality care — not volume

- A workplace that values longevity and balance
- To make a real impact in a regional community
About You
- Qualified Speech Pathologist (SPA registered)
- Values ethical, client-centred care
