COLD CALLER WANTED — ABSOLUTE STREAMING
Absolute Streaming is a South East Queensland based live streaming and video production company. We produce broadcast-grade live streams for a wide range of clients and events across Queensland including funeral homes, private schools, healthcare associations, sporting organisations, corporate conferences and community events. Our trusted clients include the Brisbane Lions AFC Academy, Gold Coast SUNS Academy and Gold Coast GCBC.
We are looking for a confident, results-driven cold caller to make outbound calls on our behalf to prospective clients across a range of industries in SEQ.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Making outbound cold calls to prospective clients on behalf of Absolute Streaming
- Working from detailed sales briefs we provide — these documents outline exactly who to call, why we are calling them and key talking points for each sector
- Introducing Absolute Streaming's services professionally and confidently
- Booking follow up calls or meetings with our director for interested prospects
- Following up on previous calls where required
- Providing a detailed spreadsheet after each calling session outlining the results of every call made — including who was contacted, what was discussed and what the outcome was
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Confident, articulate and professional phone manner
- Results driven — we want someone who is actively trying to get outcomes, not just ticking boxes
- Reliable and organised — you need to be on top of who you have called and what was said
- Previous cold calling or sales experience is highly regarded
- If you have experience in cold calling we welcome your ideas and feedback — we are open to input from someone who knows what works
- Ability to adapt your approach depending on the industry you are calling — funeral homes require a very different tone to sporting organisations
- Based in Australia — must be available during business hours

- Ongoing support and feedback from our director throughout the campaign
- Potential for ongoing work if results are strong
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- A detailed spreadsheet after each session covering every call made — contact name, organisation, outcome, email sent (Y/N), follow up required and any notes
- A brief summary of how the session went and any feedback or ideas you have
