Your new role:
Join the Child and Youth Mental Health Service (CYMHS) and play a pivotal role in supporting senior leaders while driving efficient, high-quality administrative services across Metro South Health. This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced executive administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys improving systems and processes.
Provide high-level executive and secretariat support to the CYMHS Nursing Director/Nurse Practitioner, Director of Community Services and Allied Health, and the broader Leadership Team.
Lead and coordinate key administrative functions including recruitment and onboarding, rostering workflows, referral management, SharePoint administration and business support processes.
Manage complex diaries, correspondence, meetings, projects and documentation while exercising initiative, sound judgement and maintaining confidentiality.
About you:
You are a highly organised and proactive administration professional with exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a complex healthcare environment. You build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and are committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
Demonstrated experience providing high-level executive or administrative support, with the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills, with experience preparing professional correspondence, coordinating meetings and supporting projects.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, electronic business systems and records management, with the ability to quickly learn Queensland Health systems and processes.
