The Customer Experience Consultant (CEC) is the first point of contact and a welcoming voice for our customers. Based from any of our WISE Employment offices nationally, the CEC forms an integral part of the Customer Service Team, communicating with customers daily in order to provide a game changing service. This role is a key support to our Employment Partners and the wider team, contributing meaningfully to the ultimate goal of placing our customers into sustainable employment.
This is a full time, 12 month maximum term, hybrid position. You must be able to work between 11am - 7pm AEST, and flexible to rotate hours depending on function needs.
About you:
- Proven experience of working within a Customer Centric environment
- Previous customer service experience (call centre experience preferred)
- Demonstrated qualities of empathy, integrity and compassion
- The ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail in a high pressured environment
- Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office
- Action oriented, taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
- Customer focused, building strong Stakeholder relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
- Able to manage conflict

- Full Australian working rights, ability to satisfy national police check, and Working with Children Check requirements
