This is a long-term Defence contract where you will play a key role in shaping how compliance and performance are delivered. You will work side by side with manager to ensure the Defence Clothing System operates at the highest standards supporting Australia’s Defence capability in a meaningful way.
You must be an Australian Citizen due to Defence security clearance requirements.

About the Role
This is more than a support role, it is a chance to build your expertise across compliance, analytics and operations. You will –

Monitor compliance across Defence Clothing System and ensure contractual standards are met

Support audits, inspections and reporting processes
-
Analyse data and turn insights into actionable recommendations
-
Track and report on KPIs and performance metrics
-
Help develop and maintain compliance frameworks and reporting systems
-
Work closely with operational teams to identify and manage risks
-
Support continuous improvement initiatives across the contract
Over time you will also have opportunities to get involved in on-site audits, stocktakes and evolving project needs as the contract matures.
Required Skills and Experience
You are someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys solving problems.

Qualifications in supply chain, logistics or project management (highly regarded)

Experience in logistics, supply chain, project coordination, or compliance

Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and reporting

High attention to detail and a proactive mindset

Ability to adapt in a fast changing, evolving environment

Great communication and stakeholder engagement skills
-
It would be great if you have audit or compliance experience and Defence/government sector exposure.
